HANNA BUSINESS PARK

Started in 2006 by the Hanna Investment Group, a limited partnership of professionals and executives, to meet the warehouse needs of The Woodlands area. The developers started with 2 buildings and built an additional 4 over the next 4 years. With the announcement of the ExxonMobile World Headquarters, an additional 5.6 acres contiguous to the development was acquired and another 100,000 square feet of office / warehouse was constructed. There are now 9 multi-tenant and 2 single-tenant buildings in Hanna Business Park.

Hanna Business Park has been developed to meet the needs of the Woodlands and Oak Ridge North industrial and office demands. It is in an office-like setting due to landscaping and design, but is a full-service office warehouse facility. Hanna provides retail space at the entrance with a restaurant, barber shop, and dance studio.

All of the space in the buildings behind the retail section contain typical warehouse operations, but also have spaces for children’s sports, adult exercise and olympic volleyball. Mixed in are residential design businesses and oil and gas related tenants. Hanna also provides convenient 18 wheeler truck access.
